BOSTON, MA – Today, the Shortsleeve campaign announced that former MassGOP Communications Director and Kennealy Campaign Communications Director, Logan Trupiano, has joined the campaign as Deputy Campaign Manager overseeing communications operations – marking a significant addition as momentum continues to build behind Brian Shortsleeve’s bid for governor. Trupiano will officially join the Shortsleeve campaign on May 11, 2026.
Shortsleeve and Trupiano released the following statements:
Brian Shortsleeve:
“Logan Trupiano is someone who has consistently operated with the best interests of Massachusetts and the MassGOP front and center. I respect that, and I’ve seen firsthand how effective he’s been in driving the conversation – making sure Maura Healey’s failures are top of mind for voters across the Commonwealth.
Like me, Logan understands what it means to step into a broken system and fix it. He turned around the MassGOP’s communications operation and put the party back into the political conversation in a real, meaningful way. I’m glad he’s on this team, and I’m looking forward to working together to deliver results.”
Logan Trupiano:
“I’ve always respected Brian’s grit and his relentless drive to save Massachusetts. He is a businessman, veteran, and public servant whose tenacity and energy are truly contagious. Brian has been operating with a strong sense of urgency because he knows the Commonwealth’s potential and what it will take to turn it around and deliver government reform that Massachusetts citizens deserve.
There is a lot riding on this election cycle, Republicans have to get this one right. Brian Shortsleeve is the only one in this race who can beat Maura Healey and get a win on behalf of the taxpayers. I’m all in on the mission.”
Trupiano will officially join the Shortsleeve campaign on May 11, 2026.
